I will say, if you are an extreme purist when it comes to your ice balls, honestly, you probably won’t love the LG craft ice. After all, if you’re using an ice mold, you’d only have a couple available at a time unless you remembered to manually pull the spheres out when they were frozen. So, soon enough, we had plenty of balls of ice to prepare for gatherings or just a few cocktails on a Friday night. It only makes three ice balls per day, but it builds up a supply really quickly (unless, of course, you’re drinking three cocktails every day, but I’ll assume you aren’t). (For reference, at least one of us is sipping whiskey at least once per week, but we also use it for certain cocktails, so the balls definitely get used.) I really enjoy having the balls of ice available for my Maker’s Mark, or for parties. But if you’re going to get a new refrigerator anyway and you like the idea of having balls of ice, it’s worth considering.įor me, it’s been completely worth it. Is it worth it to get a whole new fridge just to have one that makes ice balls? Probably not. When you ask “Is X worth it?” it’s always dependent on your budget, what you are used to spending on things, and what your priorities are. So, is it worth it to upgrade to baller status? As always, it depends! It’s a good fridge, but I know the real question isn’t about the rest of the fridge features, it’s about the LG craft ice. In addition to the craft ice, there is normal ice and water in the door. I love that the two doors make it easier to fit things like party platters in the refrigerator. It has two doors up top, with a drawer freezer. Let’s get this out of the way: the LG instaview refrigerator is a great fridge. To look really baller, you could make a pitcher cocktail with a whole bunch of ice spheres, serve iced coffee on a single “rock,” or even chill juices or iced tea with ice balls.Īnd the LG Instaview Refrigerator with Craft Ice makes ice balls for you-so you always have a steady stream of cocktail-perfect ice, you baller, you. That means your drink tastes better, longer, while still getting the chill you want.Įven if you don’t drink whiskey, ice balls are going to have the same effect on your cocktails, iced coffee, and even your wine if you’re so inclined: it chills with less dilution. A large ball of ice chills the drink quickly while exposing it to the least surface area possible. This is why fancy cocktail bars, especially those with a whiskey focus, use ice spheres. Basically, that means you can chill your drink without diluting it. A sphere melts more slowly than a cube because less surface area is exposed for the same volume of ice.

It is advisable to stay in SFK as long as you can since it will cost much less per boost. You should start SM boosts at level 27 in WoW Classic. You can also go to Maraudon a bit earlier (around 36) but I like to wait until at least 40 so I can have a mount. It is typical to stop around 42 and go to Maraudon. Expect for your mage to kill about 140 mobs total at the end of both Cathedral+Armory. This puts the total of the runs down to about 35g per 5. If you’re lazy and don’t loot like me, you can expect to get about 1g50s raw gold loot from mobs that your party loots. Total XP in SM is typically about 8-20k depending on group level. The runs are quick, so be ready to move from instance to instance. Once inside the instance, simply AFK right at the start or head in a little bit and wait to loot. Your mage will have a key and should unlock the doors for you. Where to AFK: Beginning of instance/window for looters Cathedral AFK at Entrance Armory AFK at Entranceįor Scarlet Monastery boosts you’ll be doing Cathedral and Armory. The minimum level for SFK is 10 in WoW Classic. Scarlet Monastery requires a lot of running from instance to instance as each wing only takes about 5-6 minutes. Compared to Scarlet Monastery, it is much preferred. SFK is my favorite instance for early boosting because it’s low-cost and hands-off. Where to AFK: Beginning of instance, straight aheadĪs you enter the instance, run straight ahead into the wall and then you are free to afk for the next 10 minutes. Note: RFC is usually a better option if you’re able to find boosters up until about level 15-16. I prefer to quest until level 10 and go straight to SFK. While RFC boosting is decent XP, I find it difficult to find boosters on my server. There is a small walkway with no mobs, so you’ll be able to jump and run straight ahead into the wall without pulling. If you’re getting an RFC boost, you’ll zone in with your party and take an immediate right upon entering the instance. RFC is a great option and yields good xp/hr for the level range. Where to AFK: Beginning of instance, a bit in and to the right As you run around tagging mobs while the pet follows you for the kills, you’ll be able to hit level 10 in under an hour. Simply attack a mob (tag it) and have the Hunter/Warlock pet kill it. The Hunter/Warlock cannot be in your party. You need to be partied with the dead lvl 1 and they need to be in your zone (and logged in). In lieu of the dead lvl 1, you can also party with any player in the zone but they will share XP if they are too close (no XP is shared with a dead character). Nevertheless, here are the discord channels I am aware of:įor this low-level boosting trick, it works best with a high level Hunter or Warlock along with a dead lvl 1 character. While boosting discord is a great way to draw attention to dungeons that are lacking boosters, /join LookingForGroup is typically a quicker and cleaner option. I would highly recommend downloading this. It’s an easy way to track your hourly/daily lockout and to ensure your booster is killing the correct number of mobs. NovaInstanceTracker is a really cool addon that shows all the instances you’ve entered along with experience gained and mobs killed. You’ll also save gold by staying in Mara as long as possible. You will get less XP in SFK, but you will save gold. Note that you can knock a few hundred gold off if you wait to join SM until level 27. You can also save by buying 5 runs at a time, which will knock your total down. As you can see, it varies greatly depending on the group level and XP gained. The chart above is based on non-rested XP calculations based on my characters and typical expected costs. You can also try to hop into your server’s boosting discord and leave a message in the appropriate channel. If you’re unable to find anyone selling runs for the dungeon you need, you can use the /who function to check for any max level characters in the dungeon and ask if they’re selling runs. ….and look for people advertising dungeon boosts. To get a dungeon boost, type in your chat box… It’s a bit more complex than that, but a general rule of thumb is that the lower average lvl in the group, the higher the xp will be per kill. To get the highest XP during your runs, you will do so by joining groups with lower leveled players. To do this, you will need in-game gold and pay high level players who regularly run dungeons for gold. What Is the Fastest Way to Level in WoW Classic?įar and away the quickest and most passive way to level your character in Classic WoW is through dungeon boosting. For Act 3 best is divine and good is epic. Evoland 2 manages to seamlessly blend an incredible number of genres into a single, wonderful experience. For Act 1 as an example good is rare and best is epic. Higher levels of lucky charm absolutely do increase the net average quality of loot received. Every game location defines item quality depending on suggested level. Evoland 2 is finally on mobile and, wow, this is a much bigger and more substantial game than what we’ve seen before. Other 50% will be affected by Lucky charm level and might be upgraded to best. 50% of containers opened will give items that are gonna be just good category due to the loot table algorithm mechanics.Since Lucky Charm is shared among party members, you can loot while your other character is drunk. You can extend this permanently by have the character who is drunk in dialogue mode with another. Drunk status provides a temporary +2 Lucky Charm buff.It is unclear if the type of object being looted affects the proc chance or loot quality. Lucky charm can proc on essentially any lootable object, from crates to barrels to fish carcasses.Lucky charm levels 6-10 increase the frequency of lucky charm triggering (from 5% at level 5 to 6.67% at level 10), but does not change the quality of loot.Higher levels of lucky charm absolutely do increase the net average quality of loot received. Some players have also reported getting "legendary" rarity items from levels 4-5 lucky charm. It is unclear exactly how much benefit you get from each level of lucky charm, but it is definitely possible to get purple level items from levels 3-4 of lucky charm. When looting an object that lucky charm activated on, the lucky charm loot appears in addition to whatever other loot already existed there. If Lucky Charm happens to activate when you loot an object, you will be notified by a 4-leaf clover visual and a distinct "shwing" sound. Evoland 2 is the spiritual successor to the original Evoland with its graphics style changing as you travel through time and its gameplay evolving as you move along the storyline.Lucky Charm increases your likelihood of finding extra treasure whenever loot is stashed. Lucky Charm is a civil ability in Divinity Orginal Sin 2. This setting also blocks all sharing services, including screen sharing, remote access, iTunes music sharing, and more. I read that nested virtualization will significantly affect the performance of a virtual machine.Ģ.Device compliance evaluation is not supported for userless macOS devices. They're still researching for a possible solution. I was shown a link to do nested virtualization and it's for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro and Business version only. I checked Task Manager and it only said "Virtual Machine: Yes", so I opened a ticket to Parallels Support asking for help to enable virtualization. I found a website ( ) and it said that I would need to enable Virtualization first. I removed those drivers and it finally let me turned on Memory Integrity, but every time I restarted Windows, Memory Integrity was switched off again. Everything's good until a notification from Windows Security showed up saying I didn't have Memory Integrity turned on.Īt first it was due to incompatible drivers in the system. I imported Windows 10 from Boot Camp and upgraded it to Windows 11. I wanted to upgrade to Windows 11, so I switched to Parallels Desktop for Mac because of its virtual TPM support. Previously I installed Windows 10 from Boot Camp and ran it via VMware Fusion. I have an Intel Macbook Pro running MacOS Ventura. Is it worth the $1000? I'll let you know if it works out. If there are certain conventions that have worked, it's good to know and try to implement them into your own stuff. Jesse and Kong actually try and show you one route to make a living from creating films - obviously they can ONLY say what has worked for them - this is the nature of teaching - but it DID work for them. They hope that you'll figure this out for yourself. Module 2 Virality Decoded What Is Virality 7m 50s In this video, you'll learn what 'viral' really means in terms of social media and content creation. What I would say though, is there are plenty of film courses out there, both physical and online, that claim to boost your career goals by teaching you the knowledge of how to create films aka become a 'content creator', but NONE of them show you the actual steps to try and make money out of it. Viral Academy 3.0 Module 1 The Roadmap to Success The Roadmap to Success 7m 21s Welcome to Viral Academy 3.0 Before we jump into the course, here's a quick rundown of what you can expect. And in this case it's a much bigger ask, as you're hoping to attract the positive attention of millions of people rather than convince a panel of 3 people to give you a job. It's like going to college or university and thinking that because you've learnt the course, you automatically deserve a job. You have to work at it and try your best to make it work for you and also be willing to adapt what you do. What I will say is, Yes it's true, this isn't a magic ticket. Time will tell whether it pays off - I'm already a professional filmmaker, so none of the advice on camera and editing techniques were worth much to me personally. They also review and score your first attempt at a proper viral video (haven't got to this stage yet). I am finding that well worth the money SO FAR and actually what should be the pillar of the course - for some reason it's kind of bolted on as a small extra. This is not just information you watch and consume - it's actually lessons and activities (proper lesson plans with tasks to complete) designed to improve your skills in basic things like titles, thumbnails, viral ideas, execution etc. The benefit is actually in the bootcamp which is secondary part of the course. Seems really good so far, but the benefit doesn't seem to be in the actual course (stay with me) because as u/ImOnRedditWow says, this information can be found for free if you hunt long enough for it. I'm currently on the course at the moment. Thompson Rodney Thompson Pierre Toulouze Robert Towell Sean Trader Maxwell C. Scott Taylor David Terhune Joe Thater Theo Howard M Thompson John W. We bought our Ford Certified Transit and barely used Shasta for $67,500 less than this rig alone. First off, this, like all Airstreams, is expensive. It would be just heavenly to have a literal dedicated office, especially one with that styling Airstream is known for.” “I work from the road, but I have to convert the dinette in our Travato into my office during the day. “Most manufacturers would have included some kind of convertible space, but Airstream just went ‘full office,’” he told me. He’s currently trekking and working out of a Winnebago Travato, and immediately hit on a major annoyance we’ve had with our Shasta trailer-one that the 30FB addresses. Alongside his wife and co-host, Stefany, Adinaro has tested all manner of rigs over the past several years. But curious as to the take of a full-timer on this Airstream, I hit up James Adinaro, the prolific and popular video blogger with TheFitRV. My wife, a teacher, is conducting a virtual Zoom in the office with her class. The kids are posted up at the middle galley table doing schoolwork. With this rig, I could easily envision a setup at a Lake Tahoe campground. To that end, he added, Airstream offers a variety of power generating options, from multiple rooftop solar panels to high efficiency lithium batteries that can feed power to the camper’s 1,000-watt pure sine wave inverter (the device you use to run your computers and other 120-volt appliances.) This new Airstream, however, looks to be a more seamlessly integrated solution-one that puts a new perspective on the term “home office.” The simple setup proved occasionally annoying (forget the coffee and propane stove when you wake up early to work out of the Transit, and you’re inviting misery) but fairly workable. With the Shasta as home base, we added a bed, porta-potty, table, and 120-volt inverter to the Transit to create a remote workspace. We’ve long camped in our VW Westfalia pop-top, but with no particular return date, we anticipated a far greater need for room, privacy, and a separate space for school and work. Aiming west from our home in Folly Beach, South Carolina, we joined millions of American families fortunate enough to manage to work and school remotely. This past September, my wife and I loaded up our two kids (ages 15 and 11), masks, sanitizer, bikes, and surfboards and latched our 19-foot Shasta Airflyte Reissue camper to the back of our Ford passenger Transit van. When I saw the announcement of this trailer, I was intrigued. Replete with a thoughtfully equipped “corner office,” this luxury, mid-length travel trailer should hold serious appeal to families and couples who need to bring the rat race along for the ride-and can afford to spend $107,500 for the privilege. That changed this week when Airstream announced the release of its new 30FB Flying Cloud model. Up until now though, what’s been generally lacking has been a dedicated space to get serious remote work done. Campgrounds are doing record business, and normally empty Bureau of Land Management pull-off areas are now chock full of spendy camper vans and pull-behind RVs. Mom’s as likely to be earning the family keep via a laptop as dad. Now, due to COVID-19, families are fleeing city homes and abandoning airplane travel for the great American RV walkabout. Back then, the general idea was that these space-aged, aluminum-skinned cabins were the perfect means to transport a baby boomer family into the great outdoors and allow dad to escape the rat race. Airstream released the first of its line of Flying Cloud campers in 1949. Operations such as creating shortcuts to send keyboard events, adjusting the behavior of mouse buttons, setting “hyper keys” and changing modifier keys are a few such modifications that can be done with this software. In addition, device-specific profiles and modifications can also be created, which is not possible with many similar programs.Īnother aspect that makes Karabiner Elements the preferred option for customizing Mac keyboards is its ability to make complex modifications. With its help, you can modify the actions of almost all types of keys on the keyboard: regular characters to function keys and modifiers. I've only tested this very briefly on High Sierra, but I had to disable SIP to get the Elements.
